1. What is Frostova?

Frostova is a modern cooling lifestyle brand. We offer a curated selection of portable fans, cooling gear, and summer essentials designed to help you stay chill, anywhere life takes you.

2. Where do your products ship from?

We work with trusted suppliers to ship products directly from our warehouses and fulfillment partners. Some products ship from the U.S., while others may ship internationally. We always aim for fast and reliable delivery.

3. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by product and location, but most orders arrive within 3–12 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

4. Do you offer refunds or returns?

Yes! If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you’re not satisfied, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. Just reach out to our support team and we’ll take care of you.

5. Do you offer warranties?

Some of our products come with manufacturer warranties. If a product breaks due to a defect, reach out and we’ll do our best to replace or refund it. We also offer optional extended warranty protection on select items at checkout.

6. Are your products pet-friendly?

Yes! Several of our cooling products — like mats and portable fans — are great for pets too. We believe everyone deserves to chill, even the furry ones.

7. Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update or cancel it. Please email us as soon as possible at support@frostova.com with your order number.

8. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we primarily ship to customers in the U.S., but we’re expanding soon. Stay tuned!
